Spent three days on "management & leadership training", this is the first time to join such program. It was a great experiance for me and this was just the beginning, we will have further three modules.
It's is really amazing how someone only observing and listening to you, can learn so much about you and even read you like a book. Or is it just self-interpretation and will to see himself in the provided feedback? I don't know but who cares I liked that.
